By registering for and participating in The Frequency Vault: Activating the Keys to Freedom (hereinafter referred to as "the Program"), facilitated by Nicole Mantilla Parato and Danielle Frederick, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

NOTICE: These​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​are​ ​legally​ ​binding.​ ​It​ ​is​ ​Your responsibility​ ​to​ ​read​ ​these​ ​Terms​ ​and​ ​Conditions​ ​of​ ​Use​ ​carefully​ ​prior​ ​to​ ​purchase, use,​ ​or​ ​access​ ​of​ ​any​ ​of​ ​Our​ ​products or services,​ ​including​ ​online​ ​courses.

PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION

The cost of the Program is $111, payable in full upon registration.

Registration is only confirmed upon receipt of payment.

All payments are non-refundable, regardless of participation or circumstances.

NATURE OF THE PROGRAM

The Program is a two-hour masterclass hosted live via Zoom, offering a unique energetic experience incorporating sound activations, energy work, and transformational practices.

Results from participation may vary from individual to individual based on personal energy, openness, and circumstances.

NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL CARE

The Program is not a substitute for medical advice, therapy, psychiatric care, or professional counseling.

By participating, you acknowledge that Nicole Mantilla Parato and Danielle Frederick are not diagnosing, treating, or providing medical care of any kind.

ASSUMPTION OF RESPONSIBILITY

By attending, you agree to assume full responsibility for any outcomes, results, or damages—whether direct or indirect—that may occur as a result of your participation.

Nicole Mantilla Parato and Danielle Frederick are not liable for any loss, harm, or damages arising from the Program.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY

Participants are encouraged to respect the privacy of the group and honor the shared experiences of others. Personal stories, discussions, and insights shared during the Program are meant to remain within the group to maintain a supportive and trusting environment.

While the facilitators, Nicole Mantilla Parato and Danielle Frederick, cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality due to the group setting, participants are expected to refrain from disclosing or discussing other members’ personal information or shared experiences outside of the session.

RESPECTFUL CONDUCT

Participants are encouraged to interact and engage with each other in a respectful and supportive manner. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior in the group chat, including harassment, offensive language, or promotion of unrelated services or products, is strictly prohibited.

Nicole Mantilla Parato and Danielle Frederick reserve the right to remove any participant engaging in prohibited or inappropriate behavior. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

RECORDING AND ACCESS

The Program will be recorded, and participants will have access to the recording for seven (7) days following the live session.

After the seven-day period, access to the recording will expire, and it will no longer be available.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, materials, methods, and recordings presented during the Program are the intellectual property of Nicole Mantilla Parato and Danielle Frederick.

Participants may not reproduce, distribute, share, or utilize any part of the Program for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By participating in the Program, you release and hold harmless Nicole Mantilla Parato and Danielle Frederick from any and all liability, loss, or damages—whether actual or alleged—arising directly or indirectly from your participation.

This release applies to all claims, including but not limited to emotional, physical, and financial harm.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By registering for the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

Your registration serves as your complete and unconditional release of all liability and as evidence of your voluntary agreement to these terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws applicable to Nicole Mantilla Parato and Danielle Frederick, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We reserve the right to change our prices for new purchases at any time.

ERRORS OR MISTAKES IN PRICING

We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if We have already received payment. Any such changes will be conveyed in writing via email to notify You of Our correction and to allow You to take the most appropriate action in the event of such a correction or mistake.

REFUNDS AND RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of the services and/or products provided, refunds will not be given unless otherwise specified in writing.

PROMOTIONAL PRICING DEVICES AND PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

We are not able to accommodate a price adjustment after Your purchase.

CHARGEBACKS

​​You agree to make every attempt to file a refund prior to attempting a chargeback with Your financial institution. In the event of a chargeback attempt, You expressly agree to forfeit any and all of Our bonuses, affiliate bonuses, or other materials afforded to You in exchange for Your original purchase of Our Offering. We reserve the right to present proof of Your access and these Terms and Conditions of Use to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

REVOCATION​ ​OF​ ​ACCESS

​You have the unilateral right to terminate Your use and access to any of Our Offering(s). Please send an email to Us to initiate this process. Termination will not excuse You of further payment. Upon confirmation of Your termination, any and all outstanding balances will become immediately due and payable. Any existing balance that remains after 14 days from the date of termination will be sent to a collections agency, and You agree to be responsible for any additional charges, fees, or costs associated with such a collection effort, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and court costs.

CURRENCY

All payments will be processed in the local currency, or if not specified at checkout, in US Dollars.

TAXES

Sales taxes will be applied to your order as required by law in either Your or Our local area(s).

NO RESELLING OR DISTRIBUTION OF OUR PRODUCTS

We expressly prohibit orders that, in Our sole discretion, appear to be placed in an attempt to resell Our products. We expressly prohibit orders placed by resellers, dealers, distributors or wholesalers and will ban Your access to Our site in any lawful way possible if we discover your prohibited use(s).
